EPCOR Energy Alberta Inc. provides Regulated Rate Option (RRO) electricity service for residential, farm and irrigation, and small commercial customers in the City of Edmonton and in the distribution territory served by Fortis Alberta.
EPCOR Distribution and Transmission Inc. is the wires service provider for the City of Edmonton.
EPCOR Energy Alberta Inc. and EPCOR Distribution and Transmission Inc. are owned by the City of Edmonton.
Fortis Alberta provides wires service for customers living in central and southern Alberta and for the towns of Cardston, Crowsnest Pass and Fort Macleod. Their head office is located in Calgary, Alberta. Fortis Alberta’s parent company is Fortis Inc. and they are located in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
